Grand Chase Philippine has finally released the long awaited 13th character. The haughty and coldly aloof daughter of the powerful Crimson River family of the demon world, Ley. You can unlock her through the cash shop starting November 22 or do tedious and annoying missions through the GP scrolls. (since I’m excited about her, I guess I’ll cash up and grab the limited edition avatar set as well *evil laugh*)
